Welcome to InvoW. By accessing or using our invoicing platform at invowmarketing.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About InvoW

InvoW is a cloud-based invoicing and business management platform operated by Special Events, a sole proprietorship registered in the Maldives, owned and operated by Hussain Riza. Our platform helps freelancers and small businesses create invoices, quotations, track expenses, and manage clients.

2. Account Registration

To use InvoW, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You may not create multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits.
  • You are responsible for all data entered into your account.

3. Free and Paid Plans

InvoW offers a free tier with limited features and a Premium plan with expanded capabilities. Our current Premium pricing is:

  • Monthly: $5 per month
  • Yearly: $50 per year (save ~17%)

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Any price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

4. Billing and Payments

All payment processing for InvoW is handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax, and payment processing on our behalf.

  • InvoW does not directly collect, process, or store your payment card information.
  • All billing inquiries related to charges, receipts, or payment methods should be directed to Paddle or to us for assistance.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InvoW to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Send fraudulent invoices or engage in deceptive business practices.
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute InvoW without prior written consent.

6. Your Data and Content

You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into InvoW, including invoices, client information, and business records. By using InvoW, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service.
  • Your account is used for fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Payment for your Premium subscription fails repeatedly.
  • Your account remains inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to Premium features will end immediately, but you may continue to access your data for 30 days to export it.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep InvoW available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience downtime due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoW and Special Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the use of InvoW shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

InvoW is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. InvoW is not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of InvoW after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
