Welcome to InvoW. By accessing or using our invoicing platform at invowmarketing.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
InvoW is a cloud-based invoicing and business management platform operated by Special Events, a sole proprietorship registered in the Maldives, owned and operated by Hussain Riza. Our platform helps freelancers and small businesses create invoices, quotations, track expenses, and manage clients.
To use InvoW, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
InvoW offers a free tier with limited features and a Premium plan with expanded capabilities. Our current Premium pricing is:
We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Any price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
All payment processing for InvoW is handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax, and payment processing on our behalf.
You agree not to use InvoW to:
You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into InvoW, including invoices, client information, and business records. By using InvoW, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to Premium features will end immediately, but you may continue to access your data for 30 days to export it.
We strive to keep InvoW available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience downtime due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoW and Special Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the use of InvoW shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
InvoW is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. InvoW is not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of InvoW after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Maldives.
