Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with InvoW. This Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for our paid subscription plans.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your InvoW Premium subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your Premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.
  • Your data will be preserved, but you will be subject to Free plan limits.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility

Our general refund policy is as follows:

Monthly plans: No refunds are provided for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of that billing month.

Annual plans: If you cancel within the first 14 days of purchasing or renewing an annual plan, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the annual term.

Duplicate charges: If you are charged twice for the same billing period, contact us and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

All payments and refunds for InvoW are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our authorized Merchant of Record.

  • Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Paddle will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to info@invowmarketing.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request.
  • We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Failure to cancel before the automatic renewal date (you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges).
  • Dissatisfaction with features that are clearly described on our pricing page and were available during the free tier.

6. Free Plan

The InvoW Free plan is entirely free of charge and does not involve any payments. No refund policy applies to the Free plan.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.
